In addition, we use CDN (Content Delivery Network) to identify Geolocation of visitors to our website. We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of My DIY Eventunless one of the following circumstances applies:
To provide our services and publish our website https://mydiyevent.com/, we use the Bluehost Web Services Cloud Service. The Bluehost Web Services Privacy Policy is available here. We have not granted any permission whatsoever for them to share any personal information we collect from our account holders on our website. We also provide free webinars by using another service provider known as LogMeIn Inc. GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting. LogMeIn Inc.’s privacy policy can be found here.
Google (G-Suite) is another service provider we use for file transfer and Cloud Data Backup. The data stored or archived is encrypted and can be access only through the Multifactor Authentication Key. Such access is granted only to the My DIY Event’ Administrators. G-Suite services offer encryption for data being transported and at rest with at least 128 Bit AES encryption.
We will also disclose personal information to the following recipients: subscription management services which are located in Canada (My DIY Event uses Brevo; for example, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Information, such as your name, contact details, company name, profile information, in order to sign up for a free or paid account), security and fraud prevention services which are located in Canada, our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.) which are located in Canada, a third party, in order to enforce or defend our rights, or to address financial or reputational risks, a rights holder in relation to an allegation of intellectual property infringement or any other infringement.
6. EMAILING
We use a third party providers such as Roundcube (webmail built into our hosting account) to deliver our emails to our network. For more information, please see Bluehost’s Privacy Policy. Emails sent by My DIY Event will by default be encrypted in transport by Roundcube. We do not guaranty that receivers of our emails have encryption enabled or available, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure encryption at your end. We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
7. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
Advertisements appearing on this Website may be delivered to you by PMy DIY Event or one of our Web advertising partners. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies. Doing this allows the advertising partners to recognise your computer each time they send you an advertisement. In this way, they may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. This information allows an advertising partner to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. My DIY Event does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertising servers of ad partners.

8. EMAIL CHOICE/OPT-OUT
The provision of My DIY Event services might entail the use of your personal data, with your express consent, to make available to you personalized advertisement related to our products and services. My DIY Event’s website includes social media features (such as social media buttons and/or plugins that allow you to connect with your social network in various ways). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature. For example, if you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored at Facebook as per their Privacy Principles, Instagram as per their Privacy Policy, or Twitter as per their Privacy Policy.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
